Welcome to our website. When you browse and use the RELI website at www.reli.no , you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. RELI reserves the right to update, change or replace any part of these terms of service by posting updates and/or changes to our website.

 

Eligibility: Children under 18 years of age, but at least 16 years of age, may use the Services under the supervision of parents or legal guardians who agree to be bound by these Terms on their behalf, but such children may not rent or purchase Products via the Services. If you are a parent or legal guardian agreeing to these Terms for the benefit of a child between the ages of 16 to 18, you are fully responsible for his or her use of the Services and the rental or purchase of any Products, including all legal liability she may incur.

DEFINITIONS

RELI (we, our, us, or Reli) means ReLi AS (ORN 925 894 877), and any person acting on behalf of and with the authority of ReLi AS.

 

RELI Platform and Services: Means the website  www.reli.no Our services mean the RELI Platform and services and content provided through the ReLi platform including RELI’s fashion rental services.

 

User: Both Members and visitors such as (customers, you or your, client, buyer) any person who are to RELI services and not yet registered as our members 

 

Content: Any photos, text, audio or video clips, or any other information posted to the RELI Services 

 

Fit Guarantee: Under RELI’s 100% Fit Guarantee the User is entitled to select a new item, should the item not fit. In order to claim the fit Guarantee, the User must contact us via our email (support@reli.no) within 24 hours of the Rental Commencement Date to confirm the item does not fit. The Item needs to be unworn and returned to RELI within twenty-four (24) hours. Read more: “ReLi’s Cancellation and Refund policy”. Once the Item is received back to RELI, the User can book a replacement item through the website.

 

Apparel: This means all Apparel such as dresses, outwear and suits supplied on hire by RELI to the User (and where the context so permits shall include any incidental supply of services). The Apparel shall be as described on any invoices or other documentation provided by RELI to the User.

 

Rental Period: This means at RELI services rental period is 8 days or monthly subscription. User booking the items is measured from the date the User is due to start as booked on the RELI Services to the day the item must be posted back by the User as stated on RELI website. When a Monthly Subscription with RELI; As long as the User is paying the required monthly fee of the membership cost, the User can keep the items rented. When cancelling the subscription or failing to pay the subscription, the User is to return the items rented at the end of their month or immediately.

 

Rental Prices: This means the cost of the hire of the item as agreed between RELI and the User, or the cost of the second hand item sold from RELI to the User (Pre-Loved Sale). 

 

Rental Return Due Date: This means the date the item is expected to be back at RELI’s warehouse. Period calculated to be within 1 to 5 business days from the end of rental period, depending on the user’s location.

Jurisdiction and Law 

The contract between us and our clients shall be regulated by Norwegian law and litigation with regards to the contract shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian procedural rules. 

Acceptance 

  • Any information or instruction we received from our client who hires our Apparel or the client’s acceptance of Apparel supplied on hire by RELI shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein. 

  • In a situation where we have more than one client that has entered into this agreement, the clients shall be jointly and severally liable for all payment of the Price. 

  • Terms and conditions become irrevocable once clients have accepted it and can only be changed or amended by RELI.

  • Clients should give us not less than fourteen (14) days before written notice of any proposed change in clients details (including, not limited to, changes in the client’s address, facsimile number, or business practice). Clients shall be responsible for any loss incurred by RELI as a result of the client’s failure to follow and comply with this clause. 

  • Our terms and conditions are the only basis for supplying RELI’s Apparel to clients with the exclusion of anything to the contrary in the terms of clients orders notwithstanding that any such order is made on terms that purport to override these terms and conditions of rental. 

Price and Payment

  • RELI AS, Falsens Gate 26B, 4307 Sandnes, Norway, support@reli.no, +47 988 99 947, ORN 925 894 877, is offering the rental service and second hand sale (RELI/Seller).

  • Buyer is the person who places an orders offered by RELI (rental service or second hand sale) (User/Buyer/Client)

  • All apparel delivered to our clients will be at the current Price of RELI as at the date of Apparel delivery, according to RELI’s current Price list on our website.

  • The price for the goods or service stated on the website is the final price the buyer is to pay for the product of service. This price includes additional costs/fees. Additional cost of the product or service not informed prior to purchase, is the buyer not responsible for. This excludes (for rental products, not final sale of second hand products) 1) late return, 2) no return, 3) damaged/stolen/lost goods/returns.   • We own the right to change prices in accordance with the client's variation on order requirements. 

  • Clients may be required to make a deposit at our sole discretion. 

  • We make a bond using our discretion. However, this bond is refundable upon the return of the Apparel in a condition acceptable to RELI. 

  • At RELI’s sole discretion: 

​- Payment shall be made before delivery of clients order or 

​- Payment for approved Users shall be made by instalment in accordance with our payment plan. 

  • If the buyer uses credit card or debit card when paying for the goods or services, the buyer (RELI) can reserve the payment of the ordered goods or services, when the buyer has placed the order.

  • When paying with an invoice for a goods or services, the invoice will be forwarded to the buyer, when the goods or services are shipped. Payment made by the client shall be due within a period of fourteen (14) days.

  • Buyer less than age of 18 year old are not allowed to order goods or services with invoice as a payment.

  • We accept payment via credit cards (Visa cards, Mastercard) or Vipps. Please note: we will not accept Cash payments. All Card Payments are made through a third party Stripe. Stripes Privacy Policy: https://stripe.com/en-no/privacy

  • Payment made by the client shall be due within a period of fourteen (14) days once RELI has issued an invoice for payment for any reason. 

  • Until payment has been honoured, cleared or recognized, receipt issued by us of any form of payment other than cash shall not be deemed as payment. 

  • GST and other taxes and duties that may be applicable shall be added to the Price except when they are expressly included in our Prices.

  • All prices on our website are denominated in Norwegian Krone

 

Rental Period and Late Fees

  • Upon signing the courier’s delivery receipt by our client or by a third party appointed by the client OR receiving a delivery note from third party appointed by RELI OR receiving a note of delivery directly from RELI, that marks the beginning of the rental period.

In situations when client fails to return Apparel on the due date then RELI is entitled to charge extra rental fees until the Apparel is returned to us and client expressly gives us the authority to deduct such additional rental fees from the client’s credit card which was provided at the time of placement of client’s order. Such additional charges shall be fixed at 250 NOK (Norwegian Kroner) for each day overdue. 

  • Public holidays and Sunday are excluded when counting overdue days because the post office will be closed.

  • If a client pays RELI an amount that is equal to 150% of the retail purchase value in the late fees, and if the client still has the apparel in their possession, the client is entitled to keep the item.

  • If the User has not returned the rental item(s) within 15 days after the return date, RELI will consider the rental item(s) as non-returned and will charge the User’s credit card 150% of the purchased retail value.

 

APPAREL DELIVERY

  • At our sole discretion delivery of client Apparel shall be deemed to have taken place when the Apparel is delivered to the client's nominated delivery address and the client (or a third party appointed by RELI) has signed the delivery receipt OR the client has received a delivery receipt.

  • We will use the fastest means possible to ensure that clients' orders get to them. Our shipping fees range between 40 kr - 300 kr. The fee includes the delivery to the client, and the return back to RELI (in reusable bags). The delivery fee only applies to full booking. When available, Standard Try On orders are free of shipping costs however there is an additional fee of 80 kr if clients wish to receive their Try On order on the same day.

  • Our standard delivery method is Helthjem, (visit https://helthjem.no/ ). Helthjem is guaranteed next day delivery or 1 - 5 working days within their network. If the client’s location is outside of the Helthjem network, it will take more than one business day and RELI has no control over this.

  • 1-5 days from shipment to delivery is an estimate made by RELIs courrier Helt Hjem, and as an estimate, the goods or services may arrive at a later date. 

  • RELI is shipping the goods or services the same day or the day after booking from client. However, Helt Hjem is not always accepting shipments on Saturdays and Sundays. No deliveries are made on Sundays.

Same Day Delivery is also available for Users in the Rogaland area. At its sole discretion, RELI may change these delivery fees. Same Day Delivery is available between 9am - 3pm or 6.30pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday, or 10am - 3pm on Saturdays.

  • The client shall make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Apparel whenever tendered for delivery. In a situation when a client is unable to take delivery of the clothing at the designated address and for any reason RELI is required to redeliver the Apparel then RELI shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for the redelivery.

  • Delivery date given by RELI to the client is only an estimate. The client must still accept delivery of the Apparel even if late and RELI is not liable for any loss or damages incurred by clients as a result of the delivery being late. 

  • The products offered by RELI to the client are clothing. The service offered is rental of the clothing. When renting clothing from RELI the product will be shipped the same day or the following day (excluding Helt Hjem closing hours), and the product/service will be available to the client once arrived at the address supplied by the client when booking.

  • Guarantee fit: An Item can be swapped for another Item available from the Store, when the client has received an Item that does not fit the Client in Size, and has noted RELI by website or email (support@reli.no) within twenty-four (24) hours of the item arriving at the client. The Item needs to be unworn and returned to RELI within twenty-four (24) hours. Read more: “ReLi’s Cancellation and Refund policy”.


INSURANCE/RISK

  • The risk for all Apparel is passed to the client upon rental but the property belongs to RELI.

  • The full responsibility for the safekeeping of the Apparel is upon the Client.

  • RELI will cover for the minor damage and staining, however if the damage is  impossible   to fix, RELI will ask the client to pay the cost for the damages/staining. 

  • In case when the Apparel gets lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, the Client will be liable to pay for replacement of the item whether or such loss, theft or damages is attributable to any negligence, failure, or omission of the User. In assessing the replaceable value, RELI will take into consideration the condition of the item and the rental fee that the client has already made.

  • All items shipped with third party Helt Hjem are insured up to the value of 10,000 NOK (ten thousand Norwegian kroner) when item is lost or damaged in transit of Helt Hjem. 

  • We own the right to ask for proof of identity to prevent the potential use of fraudulent credit cards (or other payment types) for orders we deem of high value. Also, orders that have three or more items may be subject to this request. If fraudulent activity is suspected, RELI will follow internal verification methods to ensure that the order is valid. In situations when we cannot confirm this, the order may be cancelled. If this is the case, the customer will be notified by email.

 

Title to clothing Rented

  • RELI is the owner of the apparel and it will at all times remain our absolute property.

  • When the client fails to return the Apparel to us, the RELI or our agent may (as the invitee of the user) enter upon and into land and primes owned, occupied or used by the clients or any premises where the apparel is situated and take possession of the Apparel. 

 

DEFECTS

  • Clients are expected to inspect every order received and shall within a period of four (4) hours of receipt of the order or within responsible time notify RELI (reccomended by email) of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage, failure to comply with what was ordered. 

 

COMPLAINTS

Fault with product, the buyers right to complaints

  • When the buyer receives a product with a fault, the buyer is responsible for contacting RELI with a complaint within reasonable time (for buyer to discover any issues with the product that requires a complaint from the buyer) of receiving the products, excluding weekends and holidays. 


Complains should be written:

  • Buyer may request the product with a fault to be repaired (repair of fault), or replacement with a similar product. RELI may refuse the request if the request is 1) impossible to complete, or 2) is requested for unreasonable expenses. The repair or replacement made by RELI should be completed within reasonable time.

  • If the product is not repaired or replaced, the buyer may request a discount of price.

  • The buyer may cancel the purchase when the product is not repaired or replaced, as long as the fault is not immaterial. When parties agree to cancel the purchase, the item(s) must be returned immediately and a refund will be issued.

 

SOLVING CONFLICS 

  • Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. section 9 and 10. The Parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. If this does not succeed, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. The Consumer Council is available on telephone 23 400 500 or www.forbrukerradet.no.

  • When the conciliation board or jurisdiction mediation are required, the closest facility to ReLi AS is to be used, which is Sandnes Politistasjon (Gjesdalbakken 7, 4306 Sandnes, Norway)

 

ReLi’s Cancellation and Refund policy 

  • For One Time Rentals: When a client wishes to cancel an order, a cancellation request form must be submitted on RELI’s website or by contacting RELI at support@reli.no as soon as possible. There are no cancellation fees when cancelling a booking more than 14days prior to the start of the rental period. When clients are canceling within 7days of the client's rental period a 100kr cancellation fee will be applied and a fee of 85kr will be applied when cancelling between 7 days and 14 days prior to your rental period. Once the item has been dispatched from RELI’s premises, a refund request must be submitted instead of a cancellation request via our email found on website www.reli.no

  • All Items which are to be returned because of incorrect sizing (guarantee fit) has to be sent back to RELI within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the delivery which is ‘UNWORN’ or ‘WHEN WITH TAG STILL INTACT’. After which request must be submitted within 24hours of delivery through website or support@relin.no. Requests will not be considered for receiving a new Item when it is submitted after 24hours. Once the Item has been returned, the Client can book a new Item that will be shipped by RELI as a replacement for the Item that did not fit the Client.

  • Guarantee fit: An Item can be swapped for another Item available from the Store, when the client has received an Item that does not fit the Client in Size, and has noted RELI by website or email (support@reli.no) within twenty-four (24) hours of the item arriving at the client. The Item needs to be unworn and returned to RELI within twenty-four (24) hours.

  • While we at RELI will make every effort to process a refund/cancellation as fast as possible, the process can take approximately ten to twenty (10-20) working days dependent on the independent processing time taken by the User’s credit card provider and the User acknowledges that RELI has no control over such Credit card issuers processes.

  • We may cancel these terms and conditions or cancel the delivery of Apparel at any time before the order is delivered by giving written notice. On giving such notice RELI shall repay to the clients any sums paid in respect of the Price. RELI shall not be liable for any loss or damage however arising from such cancellation. In which event RELI will issue the clients a full refund of the dress rental cost, minus the shipping cost.

 

Clients Responsibilities

The client shall

  • Instantly notify RELI of the damage to the item that occurs during the hire period.

  • Use the rented item(s) with care, such that the item(s) can be used by multiple clients, multiple times

  • On termination of the rental, return the clothing complete, in good order as delivered, fair wear and tear accepted, to RELI.

  • Keep the Apparel in their own possession and control shall not assign the benefit of the hire contract nor be entitled to lien over the clothing.

  • Not modify or make any additions to the Apparel or in any other manner interfere with the apparel. 

 

Right of Withdrawal

The client has the right to withdraw the purchase of any second hand clothing purchased within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. The buyer is then responsible for contacting RELI within fourteen (14) days after receiving the product - days including all calendar days (365 days). The right to withdrawal is only accepted when received within fourteen (14) days of arrival of purchase. The client is responsible for proof of purchase and the correct reporting of the withdrawal of purchase, recommended form of contact is by email support@reli.no or postal (RELI AS, Falsens Gate 26b, 4307 Sandnes, Norway).

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchase of the rental service or memberships. 

 

When withdrawing a purchase, the product is to be returned to the RELI within fourteen (14) days after reporting the withdrawal. The buyer/client is responsible for the cost of the return of the product.

 

The buyer/client can try on the product prior to reporting withdrawal of the purchase. However, the product is required to be “unworn” and with “tags still intact”. If the product is used beyond trying/testing the products sizing and fit, and the use is considered irresponsible and unecessarly by RELI, the buyer can be responsible for covering the reduced value of the product.


RELI is responsible for refunding the client the amount of the withdrawal purchase 14 days after being informed of the client's wish to withdraw the purchased product. However, RELI may withhold the payment until proof of shipment from Client to RELI is received or product is returned to RELI.


Security and Charge

RELI agrees to supply apparels. The client charges all of the rights, title and interest in any land. Realty or other assets capable of being charged, owned by the user either now or in the future to secure the performance by the client of its obligations under these terms and conditions (including, but not limited to, the payment of any money).

The Client insures RELI from and against all RELI’s costs and expenditures including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis incurred in exercising RELI’s rights under this terms and conditions.

The User irrevocably appoints RELI and each director of RELI as the Client’s true and lawful attorney/s to perform all necessary acts to give effect to the provisions of this conditions in selection (Client Generated content) including, but not limited to, signing any document on the User's behalf.

Client Generated Content

All the content and information our client submits to us such as images, data, text, files, links, software, chat, communication. Other materials including but not limited to photos and reviews relating to your use of the Services - you grant RELI a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete in its entirety, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from and/or sell and/or distribute such content and/or incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world without compensation to you.

All content and information that you submit may be used at RELI’s sole discretion. We reserve the right to change, condense or delete any content on our website that RELI deems, in its sole discretion, to violate the content guidelines or any other provision of these Terms.

RELI does not guarantee that you will have any recourse through RELI to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Ratings, reviews and written comments are generally moderated and published within two to four business days. However, RELI reserves the right to remove or to refuse to post any submission for any reason. You acknowledge that you not RELI, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content that you submit shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of RELI, its agents, subsidiaries, members, partners or third-party service providers and.

When you submitting any content to RELI, you represent and warrant that:

You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property rights thereto, all "moral rights" that you may have in such content have been voluntarily waived by you, content that you post is accurate  and use of the content you supply does not violate these Terms and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

You further agree and warrant that you shall not submit any content:

  • That is known by you to be false, inaccurate or misleading, infringes any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;

  • Violates any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising. that is, or may reasonably be considered to be, defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially or religiously biased or offensive, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing to any individual, partnership or corporation.

  • For which you were compensated or granted any consideration by any third party, which includes any information that references other websites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone numbers. This contains any computer viruses, worms or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.

  • You agree to insure and hold RELI’s directors, agents, subsidiaries, third-party service providers, harmless from all claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of a breach of your representations and warranties set forth above, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
