OUR PRIVACY POLICY 

ReLi privacy policy is for our client’s personal information in relation to our client’s use of and access to the ReLi AS service. It also states the ReLi policies on how we intend to give our clients a “wow” experience. 

 

CLIENT’S PERSON INFORMATION (CPI)

One thing that ReLi AS (ReLi, we, our, us) does is that we are committed in keeping the privacy of our client intact, secured and protected. If there is any need for us to ask for your personal details of identification, our method of collection, hold, use and disclosure of client’s personal identification when using ReLi services, all our clients should be rest assured that it will be used in relation to our privacy policy.

This policy is subject to change when the need arises. ReLi encourages her clients to frequent our website so that they are aware of any possible changes. This policy is put into effect from January, 2021.

CPI REQUESTED BY RELI

At ReLi, we may ask our clients to provide the following personal data (if need be): 

  • Personal data and identity including name, gender, date of birth, personal id number, identity documents (e.g., driving license and passport).

  • Contact data, such as current address, postal code, billing address, delivery address, email address and contact numbers

  • Payment method details, such as your credit card or bank account details used to process your payments for your orders. (Please note we do not store or process your card details ourselves made via our website or Vipps. Our payment processors receive this information directly and it is not generally available to us, except the last four digits of your credit card)

  • Transaction history means details about rental transactions you have made using the ReLi Services.

  • Photos, height and fit details are optional information except clients choose to provide it and Photographs and/or images of you from camera footage.

At ReLi, keep the following personal information about individuals’ group such as 

  1. Clients, potential clients or client’s representatives

  2. any individual that is in contact with us

  3. suppliers, potential suppliers and their representatives

 

RELI CPI COLLECTING METHOD

Our aim of collecting client’s personal information is to allow ReLi serve them in the best possible way. We collect information from clients when it is required by law. Secondly CPI, can be collected when we render to services to clients or when clients does business with us (either renting or purchasing our products or using our services) or

 

  • when clients use or buy products or services from ReLi.

  • when clients provide us or they offer or apply to supply any goods or services to ReLi

  • when clients fills forms, disclosure of information via phone or email or business card

  • when client needs information about ReLi, her product or services 

  • during clients feedbacks 

 

ReLi may also collect personal information from third parties such as client’s publicly available sources of information or from related companies and businesses associated with ReLi. However, this will be the last resort when it is impossible to collect the information directly from our clients or when we are permitted to do so by our clients.

In respect to client’s sensitive information, we will ask from client consent before collection except the law permits us to collect it without client’s consent. On the other hand if a client chooses not to provide us with their personal information or a situation when we are unable to get it for the purpose set out in this Privacy Policy. ReLi may not be able to provide clients with needed information, products or services, or to effectively conduct our relationship with clients.
 

CPI COLLECTED VIA RELI’S WEBSITE  

ReLi and our website provider may collect client’s personal information from clients when necessary through our website www.reli.no or any other website ReLi operates. 

ReLi may have to use advanced technology to track the pattern of visitors who visit our website.

Google Analytics: at ReLi, we use Google Analytics to assist how our clients make use of our website. By the use of cookies which are stored on the user's PC, Google Analytics generates statistical and other important information about the website. The information generated is used to create reports about the use of our Website.  Google will store this information.  

 

Click Stream Data: ReLi or her internet service provider might also collect CPI such as date, time, and duration, the page accessed, the IP address of your personal computer and any other information when clients visit our website either to read, browse or to download information. This information is used for purposes including statistical, reporting and website administration, maintenance and improvement purposes.

 

Cookies: Our website may use cookies frequently. These are small text files that are sent to a user’s computer hard drive by a website with the aim of saving information about a user’s identity browser type or website visiting patterns.  Hence, cookies could be used on our website to keep track of our client’s recent shopping cart, last purchases and to deliver content specific to client’s interests and preferences, as well as to monitor web traffic, for example the time of visit, pages visited and some system information about the type of computer being used.  We use this information to enhance the content and services offered on ReLi’s Website.

 

Cookies are occasionally used to collect information about the page’s clients visit and the type of software they are using. When clients gain access to our website or click-through to our website via a link in an email we send to clients, a cookie could be downloaded into the client's computer’s hard drive.

  • From time to time, some of the content on our Website may include applications made available by third parties such as social media buttons or links that may allow clients to share content or link ReLi’s website through the relevant third-party platforms. Either client’s uses or not the third party applications may facilitate collection by those third parties. Clients should note that ReLi is not in charge of the technical operations of these applications or the collection and use practices of the relevant third parties.  Client is being advised to please visit the privacy policies practices of these third party websites. 

RELI USE OF CPI

  • ReLi may use CPI collected about clients solely for our business functions and activities, in order to smoothly run our business effectively and efficiently and to make our product and service to be of great benefit to our clients. 

  • CPI collected is for the purpose of:

    • client identification and communication 

    • processing and meeting clients orders

    • to help us provide clients with the best possible information they need per time

    • collecting and processing clients payments

    • assisting us to manage and improve our product and services to clients

    • giving clients a unique and customized experience on our Website

    • promoting and marketing our product and services

    • protecting our clients from fraud 

    • assisting us to manage our business effectively

    • providing security and safety of employees and onsite visitors 

    • processing any job application submitted to us

    • assisting in responding to any queries and complaint clients may have 

    • complying with our statutory and legal obligations.

  • ReLi reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain, and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, but we have no obligation to monitor the use of the Website or to retain the content of any user session.

  • Clients consent to us using your Personal Information in the above ways and as set out in this Privacy Policy.

POSSIBLE SITUATION(S) FOR CPI DISCLOSURE

  • ReLi, might reveal or allow access to, CPI to a third party in relation to the use of CPI by ReLi as listed above. Due to the client relationship with ReLi, we may release CPI to our company related entities to third parties that provide products and services to us or through us, or to other third parties (such as your referee(s) in connection with a job application people have submitted).

  • Also, we may release CPI to 

  • our other business units or department

  • clients appointed representatives

  • other organizations or persons who assist ReLi in providing products and services to clients

  • professional service providers and advisors who perform functions on our behalf, such as lawyers

  • debt collecting agencies

  • government, regulatory authorities and other organizations as required or authorized by law

  • Our company may also release CPI to our website host or our software application provider in certain limited situations like when there is a technical problem in our website. 

  • We may also collect, use and release CPI for other purposes not listed in this Privacy Policy. In such cases, we will take reasonable precautionary steps to ensure it is made known to our clients at the time we collect or use CPI.

RELI MARKETING

  • Clients consent will be required to use their CPI for sending them information such as special offers and promotional material about ReLi or our products and services. Clients may also consent to use sending them such information via direct mail, email, SMS, DM and MMS messages.

  • Clients can also decline us sending them these messages if they do not want it by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” or subscription preferences link in a direct marketing email that clients have received from ReLi or by contacting us using our various contact mediums. 

RELI CPI SAVING AND SECURITY 

  • At ReLi, we are committed to keep our client’s Personal information secured. We use safeguards and procedural methods to protect consumers information collected from clients via our Website or held in ReLi’s computer.

  • We will destroy or de-identify any CPI we deem no longer needed by us.

 

CLIENT ACCESS AND UPDATE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

  • Clients are generally entitled to gain access to their Personal Information that we hold about them. When clients ask for access to their Personal Information, ReLi will give them full access to the information. If there is any denial from us, we will give clients reasonable reasons. 

  • Our clients can access and correct some of their Personal Information via our website by logging into their account and updating or editing their profile at any time or a request for access can be made by contacting us in any of the ways specified. 

  • We will ensure that the CPI we collect and use is correct, accurate, complete and up-to-date. It is expected for clients to provide us with true, accurate, complete information about yourself as requested, and properly update their information from time to time so it remains true and complete. 

DEALING WITH COMPLAINTS ABOUT PRIVACY

  • Clients are free to contact our customer care if they feel ReLi has not respected their privacy or that ReLi have not been consistent with this Privacy Policy. We will scrutinize client’s queries and privacy complaints within a reasonable period of time depending on the complexity of the complaint. 

  • This would help ReLi to respond to client’s complaints promptly if it is made in writing and clients will be informed of the outcome of our findings. 

Privacy Policy Update:

  • ReLi will review and update this policy from time to time, by considering new laws, regulations, practices and technology. All CPI held by ReLi will be used and controlled by our most recent Privacy Policy that is posted in our Website www.reli.no Any changes to this Privacy Policy may be communicated to you by updating this page on our Website. Hence clients are encouraged to check this page often for any changes.
